He received his degree in mortuary science from John A. Gupton College in Nashville,Tennessee. He has 24 years in the funeral industry and is licensed funeral director and embalmer in Tennessee ,Georgia and Alabama. He received his degree in Mortuary Science from Jefferson State. He is active with the Conasauga Masonic Lodge #396. He along with his wife, Sheila live in Ooltewah. They have two sons and six grandchildren. |
| Amber Millsaps, Office Assistant Email: ambermillsaps@legacyfuneralhome.com Amber was raised in Soddy Daisy and feels blessed that she has been able to continue to raise her family amongst her family members and friends. She is married to Rob Millsaps, a Soddy-Daisy Middle School teacher and coach. They have two children, Celia and Austin. She is the daughter of Judy Levi, a former Soddy Elementary school teacher. With such close ties to her community, Amber feels honored to be able to serve the families of her home town and surrounding areas. She “never thought working at a funeral home could bring you joy, but, when you can give someone with a broken heart any amount of comfort it’s a blessing”. She is proud to be a member of the team at Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center. |
| Vernon Sneed, Funeral Assistant Vernon, a Soddy-Daisy native joined our Legacy family in 2006. He is very active in local prison ministries, health care facility ministries and church ministries. Vernon and his wife, Linda, are members of Calvary Baptist Church. They reside in Soddy-Daisy. |
| Buddy Collier, Visitation Staff Buddy is retired from Alstom Power after 44 years of service. He is very active in Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle where he is a deacon, Sunday School Teacher and serves in many other positions as needed. Buddy has been married to his wife, Judy for 46years. He is the father of Mike and Andy, the grandfather of Kristin Stubblefield, Ryn Marie Collier and Harrison Collier and the great-grand father of Sophia Stubblefield. Buddy and his wife, Judy have been working at Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center since October 2010 and enjoy doing their part in helping families during this painful time in their life. |
| Judy Collier, Visitation Staff Judy is retired from TVA with 19 years of service. She is also very active in Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle. Judy and her husband, Buddy have been married for 46years. | Odell Broadway, Funeral Assistant Odell was the owner and operator of Broadway's Furniture in Soddy-Daisy for many years. He has served as a pastor and song leader at several area churches. He currently is the pastor of Union Springs Baptist Church. |
